ServiceNow Fundamentals was designed for users with various organizational roles who are expected to work within the ServiceNow platform. During this 3‑day interactive training course attendees will learn about the ServiceNow user interface, receive a summary of the database schema, understand uses for commonly accessed applications, and be introduced to advanced features and functionality, such as scripting and application development.
In this course our ServiceNow Certified trainers lead participants through the official ServiceNow Fundamentals course curriculum. Our trainers are also ServiceNow implementers that have experience configuring and managing ServiceNow instances in the real-world and are eager to impart insights of good practice beyond the textbook.
Our scheduled classes are held in a virtual classroom leveraging the Adobe Connect Classroom environment. This allows participants to attend class from anywhere they have a computer with an internet connection. We can schedule on-site classes as well – if interested please email email@example.com to discuss your unique training needs.
The course follows a Lecture, Demo and Lab format where the instructor review the course content, demonstrates key components of the training and then assists participants as they complete their hands-on labs in their student instnaces, provided in the class.
