One of my agents came to me and said thank you for an initiative I had put in place to help them when we (the entire center) was going through a really rough time because of current events in the City. He told me thank you and what you did shows that you really care for us. That statement really tugged at my heartstrings and let me know I was doing a good job.

WHO ARE YOUR HEROES / HEROINES (REAL OR FICTION)?

My heroes are our men and women who serve so fearlessly in our military and public safety. Whether you are a grunt, infantry, an EMT, paramedic, dispatcher / call taker, firefighter or police officer, they are really the heroes of today. There is never enough thanks we can give to those who have paid the ultimate price, or to those who constantly miss family time because they are watching out for or fighting for our safety and our freedom.

BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Since I have been in Minnesota it would be the cashier at Streetz Bar and Grill. I would hire him on the spot if I were able. He is personable, talks to everyone beyond their orders and wants to know who to fire if there is a complaint!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Anytime I am ignored, or treated as though I am putting someone out to do their job.
