The purpose of this engagement is to assist (“Client”) by advising on their IT programs or projects (current or proposed).  Aeritae agrees to provide an “Advisor for a Day” through a workshop or social networking format to aid Client to review, validate, and advise on existing program related and/or organization activities and to leverage Aeritae SME’s experience and knowledge in the requested subject area(s).

  • Review client’s proposed agenda and finalize agreement in order for client to distribute
  • Depend on client to provide and verify availability of internal working space, project dependencies, and satisfy corporate security requirements
  • Partner with client representative to facilitate workshop, maintain schedule, gather input and achieve consensus
    • Support client in their introduction of topic and requirements for the day
    • Collaborate in high level overview of subject matter
    • Share Aeritae SME Knowledge of Subject
    • Develop cursory recommendation(s) based on information shared
    • Propose next steps
    • Summarize meeting notes for client to distribute internally to attendees provided
