Step 1: Assess Using layered interview analysis we work with a client to identify their specific need, to understand their challenges.  Our focus is on Strategy, Alignment with the Business, Governance, Organization, Skills, Leadership and Results.Our focus can be an individual in a key leadership role. Aeritae is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile ™ . Through the use of this true breakthrough among 360 degree assessments, The Leadership Circle Profile ™, development planning and coaching, we work with leaders to drive their personal development to the next level.Our focus can also be an intact team or organization. We are also certified in The Leadership Circle Culture Survey ™, in addition to using layered interview analysis we can help identify team/organizational challenges and cultural norms. Understanding the desired state will lead to gap analysis and a roadmap to success.
Step 2: Execute When a client would like for us to assist in implementing our recommendations, the next phase is to execute. Our focus on this phase is to help the client align to achieve their desired outcomes.  From providing subject matter experts for individually identified projects along the roadmap to senior leadership in the form of a change agent, we have the teams to drive the planning and execution of our recommendations.There are two primary focus areas within this practice.Organization and/or Cultural change– our resources have the skills to provide leadership in the roles of change agent, program manager, or coach.  Focus areas include: Talent Management – getting the right people with the right skills in the right positions. Assistance with hiring and recruiting as necessary.  Transition management, assisting in the migration from one organization type or structure to another. Change management and communication planning are also key.Defining and implementing the roadmap based on our initial recommendationsThe key to success is our ability to work with a client to implement our recommendations ‘our’ way or ‘their’ way, whichever is required.While in the Execute phase we are working like we will be there forever, however. . .
Step 3: Exit There is a time to stay and a time to go. Aeritae’s exit needs to be intentionally planned with each client. We work with a client throughout the Execute phase to ‘own their outcomes’. We work with our clients to identify their need for improvement, for change or for transformation then work with them to effectively align their teams or organizations to achieve that outcome.  We work with them long enough for the journey to become entirely theirs, then Aeritae intentionally exits so that the client owns their outcome and their success.
